Eclypse Z7 fan not spinning

It rotates when speed is set to medium or higher in dpmulti. Is operation not supported with speed settings auto and minimum? Thanks, MRMDN -
I bought 5 Eclypze Z7's and 2 of them fpga fans don't start spinning even when the FPGA temperature exceeds 45°C. The fan is moving slightly, and when you touch it, it will start spinning. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks, MRMDN
