Please fix the 1000 transaction limit on the protocol module. Or at least make some way to select first 1000 or last 1000 or even better skip n transactions.

If it zoom in too far the zoom position changes due to software limit. Settings: Samples 256M, Rate 100MHz 10% trigger. Start zooming in somewhere on the right side of the display and when the position rolls over to 1,000,000 the position is lost. The position variable is limited to 1,000,000 but the base keeps going up to 1ns/div. If you are going to keep the Base limit at 1ns/div, 10ns would make more sense with a 100MHz clock limit, but given that, the position variable upper limit needs 2,560,000,000 (I believe). This makes it impossible to zoom into transactions beyond the 1,000,000 division point. Combine that with the 1000 transaction limit on the protocol module and I'm sadly unable to use this tool. I have to chime in here. Not sure why the protocol recording is limited to 1000. I can record many many more transactions in the logic tab but that with all the graphic detail (except I can't view them because of a bug) but can't record 1000 lines of text? I'm using the protocol module because I was hoping to be able to cut and paste the transactions into a text editor for further analysis. And to make it completely useless is it's the last 1000 transactions. At least if it stopped at the first 1000 I could maybe set a trigger to capture more but wait it does not do any kind triggering. Makes zero sense. This is such a simple thing to fix in software. You expect me to consider buying one of your more capable tools but with this kind of programming philosophy not sure I would want to give them a try. Too bad the Digital Discovery and Analog Discovery are very well engineered hardware platforms but fall short in the software.
