Hi @JColvin I have issues connecting the JTAG-SMT3-NC to my Xilinx FPGA and would like to reset the EEPROM to factory defaults (digilent board not being detected by Vivado 2020 on Windows 10 platform). The board where it is placed on also contains some other FTDI devices that were programmed using FT_PROG. Possibly, our operator wrongly overwritten the Digilent board's EEPROM. Device manager shows me the UART (how would it have to show the JTAG?). Could you provide me the instructions to reprogram the EEPROM? Kind regards, Dave G.
