Sorry for the late response. I tried linux and windows, and it was a same result. I also tried programming and using 5V power supply, that didn't work. I will contact support.digilent at ni.com. Thank you so much, Adonay

I have been using the original USB. I changed the USB and used 5VDC supply, and still getting an error window. The error code has mode details this time (shown below).
