Yet another case here, I suspect. My JTAG-HS3 Rev.A stopped working abruptly today (no longer seen by Vivado) after years of loyal service. It still connects as a USB device, and shows up as a USB Serial Converter in Hardware Manager, but it's using the FTDI driver, and VID 0403, PID 6014.
