I am trying to come up with a test platform for testing the minimum phase angle between pulses of two square wave signals. The signals are typically 90deg apart, but due to the fact that the signals are interpolated from sin/cos waves with noise, they are typically lower than this. All of the oscilloscopes I have seen only give random samples of phase separation between two signals. I am looking for a measurement device that could measure the difference at EVERY rising edge and return the lowest measured edge separation. Does the Waveforms software have a feature like this?
