Analog Discovery 2 with error "PLL not locked"

Dear all, we have some problem with the Analog Discovery 2 (210-321) device. While Waveforms starts, it just say that "PLL not locked" (see attachement). No matter of operating system or USB cable (tested on two computers, one with Win10 and the second with Win7 x64, with a few cables connected to the back of PC, etc.) Any other AD2 connected to this PC works correctly, only this one is problematic. Hello, We received the replaced faulty device and it looks like the IC20 is blown up, which is rated to 6.5V https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/instrumentation/analog-discovery-2/reference-manual#analog_supplies_control This could have been damaged by high voltage on USB, like a defective USB hub-supply.
