Was connecting to the waveform 2015 about a month ago but now doesn't and it won't show in the Win10 device manager when inserting the USB A into two different computers. Downloaded the latest software version but it didn't help. There is nothing connected external to the unit and the blue led is on.
1- Added "FTDI library loading failed" on laptop when attempting to program EEPROM but it doesn't show under devices.
2- Added "No device found" on desktop PC when performing the same procedure as in step 1.
