Hope I'm in the right place. I keep receiving the following error while running, or attempting to run waveforms with my analog discovery:
//Device configuration failed
//Please check the USB connections
//For further troubleshooting consult the Help
//DptilO failed ERC:7
//Device configuration failed (PLL 1)
//Device configuration failed
Can anyone help? For what it's worth, I'm running windows 8.1, on a Lenovo ideapad.
I'm an EE student at UK (university of kentucky), and I had a work around that required that I restart/reinstall the waveform program several times, but this coming semester lab will be much much easier if you can help.
Also, the message does not appear if I use a lab partner/TA computer, and I've tried all 3 USB ports on my laptop.
If I'm in the wrong spot, please point me in the correct direction. Thanks in advance!
