Openscope Acrylic Case

I am trying to laser cut the acrylic case for the Openscope MZ, but which is the acrylic thickness you have used to design the case?

We used the 3/32" thick acrylic (~2.4mm) for this project.  You can find more details of the project in the Mechanical Drawing PDF inside the zip folder. The download is here.
