The recommended maximum voltage for scope inputs of Analog Discovery (1&2) is ±25V (50V differential) and the absolute maximum is ±50V. Exceeding the abs max could damage the device. With 10x probe you could measure up to ±250V, but be cautions when working with high voltages.
