how to get realtime measurement using AD2 in matlab

what is the general idea to achieve realtime measurement purpose in matlab using AD2 AI? 

I feel the matlab support package, session based measure could not be the way for this purpose. looks like in every session, matlab will be stuck waiting until acquiring all the data.

Unfortunately, I haven't used the Matlabs data acquisition tool. Here is a thread that has a few different links dealing with the Matlab's data acquisition tool. We have limited support for Matlab's data acquisition tool. For better support for the data acquisition tool I would suggest to look into mathworks forums.
