Power LED on ADP 3450 keeps blinking at 1hz and does not become steady. Device has previously worked without any issues. Powering on the system with the reset button pressed causes the LED to be steady but the device is not detected by waveforms. Power has been cycled a number of times with no change in blinking light. The device is detected by the Mac that it is connected to and the information below is given by sysinfo.
