Hi @Paul Chang

The ZU's USB-C port is a dual-role port, so yes, it can act as a host to a USB drive. I don't have detailed documentation to link to on how to get this working, and it could involve substantial effort. For more information, you can review the pertinent section of the reference manual: https://digilent.com/reference/programmable-logic/genesys-zu/reference-manual#usb_full-featured_type-c. The out-of-box linux image may also be able to interact with this port without modification, at least to some degree.
