The directory C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Data Translation\QuickDAQ\Config is hidden.  Also, replace {username} with the login username.  Did you delete the QuickDAQConfiguration.xml file?

Did you install the OMNI Software which installs QuickDAQ v3.7.0.49?

Which Data Translation device are you attempting to use with QuickDAQ?
