ULx for NI LABView DLL is installed in Program Files, but LABView Function Pallette can't find it

I am trying to setup my MCC USB DAQ 231 with Labview. I installed InstaCal, MC DAQami, and the ULx for NI LabView. I went through the Quickstart guide and configured the device using InstaCal. I connected a signal to the prescribed ports and closed InstaCal. I opened Labview, but when I go to Function Pallette>User Librarys there is no ULx for NI Labview option. I am using LabView 2020. Any thoughts on solving this issue?

Found the answer to this issue in a previous post. However, the only difference for me was instead of copying the .mnu file into the "Program x86" directory, I had to copy the .mnu file into the "Program" directory.
