Mac Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 please can any one give me any direction to get an offline Electronic and Analogue simulation software for mac os x el capitan?
D@n Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 Verilator is a nice open source Verilog logic simulator. It should be able to run on the Mac, although I haven't tried it. It doesn't have a GUI interface, so don't expect point and click though. Dan
LariSan Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 ... does it have to be offline? Otherwise, Multisim live is a really good choice: https://beta.multisim.com/ I've heard really good things about TI's Web Bench http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/analog/webench/overview.page?DCMP=sva_web_webdesigncntr_en&HQS=sva-web-webdesigncntr-vanity-lp-en it looks like TINA-TI is available for download, but I don't know if it's in Mac OS. Also LT Spice.
zygot Posted August 26, 2017 Posted August 26, 2017 @Mac, Linear Technology has a captive version of a commercial analog simulator available called LTSpice. It has a MAC OS version. You might try other vendors of analog components, particularly those involved in switching power supply design. I don't know if ORCAD does MAC but you can get a free version of their tools.
