When using the ARTY A7-100T board, I have found that when plugging in the device via micro usb, the power good LEDs no longer turn on and the board is unresponsive. I have tried multiple USB cables, as well as different PCs to power the board.
Is this able to be covered under the device warranty?

Hi there,
When using the ARTY A7-100T board, I have found that when plugging in the device via micro usb, the power good LEDs no longer turn on and the board is unresponsive. I have tried multiple USB cables, as well as different PCs to power the board.
Is this able to be covered under the device warranty?
Thanks
