Software display for temperature gauge varies without analog voltage change

Hello, 

 I have a MMC data aquisition, model usb-2416-4AO, I'm running analog voltage to its inputs, and the scaled gauges within the software are changing from 24c to -24c but my voltage going to the data logger is constant (about .24v dc). Please help me troubleshoot this.

What type of sensors are you using?

How was the USB-2416-4AO configured in InstaCal?
