Issues regarding TracerDAQ Pro version 2.2.0.0

We are using a tracer daq pro software version 2.2.0.0 in our lab from last 12 years but few days back the software started giving us error where it opens strip chart in review only format and it also does not allow us to choose the required channel for the trigger settings. The PCI card is working fine as I checked it using Instacal software before starting tracer DAQ. I am using windows 7 enterprise and it's the same operating system from last 12 years. Kindly provide any suggestions.

Are you attempting to change the trigger channel of the history file (*.sch) or attempting to configure a capture for new data?

Please reference the TracerDAQ Help file for an explanation of opening history files.
