Tracerdaq measurement Software Issues

When I try to download the software I receive an error message (image attached below).  I made sure to download all the prerequisites.  What should I do and software opens .wdd files perhaps there is another option?

Hello @Dayton Granger.

Please download and install MCC's InstaCal software.  Afterwards, connect your MCC daq module (which one do you have?) to the Windows host system and launch InstaCal.  Once the daq module is detected by InstaCal, close the application.  Lastly, attempt to reinstall and use the TracerDAQ Pro application with the module.

I believe it is the MCC WebDAQ 316: Internet Enabled Thermocouple Data Logger. Is that what you mean when you say MCC daq module? the hardware device itself? "Make sure it is not connected before installing the instacal software"? I just wanted some clarification.

Hello @Dayton Granger.

The MCC WebDAQ 316 is not supported by MCC's TracerDAQ and TracerDAQ Pro software applications.  Visit the MCC WebDAQ 316 page and click on the Software tab for a video of the WebDAQ's web server package.
