Issues _ Temperature monitoring

Hi,

I am Jane, working at the Univeristy of Florida. I am trying to use a USB-1608GX with a TT-T-30 SLE thermocouple to monitor the temperature. I installed TracerDAQ Pro and InstaCal. However, the channel collected data remains zero during monitoring. (I did not find any panel to set measurement type either in TracerDAQ or InstaCal ). I have attached some images for your reference. 

Could you please help figure out how to solve it?

Hello @Jane.

The MCC USB-1608GX was not designed to support temperature measurements.

Please consider the following MCC daq options.

MCC USB-TC

MCC TC-32

MCC USB-2416 Series

MCC temperature measurement DAQ products
