zybo addition to vivado

hii i bought the zybo -20 board and i installed vivado 2023.1 

i have added the board files according to the installation guide here in digilent .

and when i open vivdeo to create a new project , i can see the zybo under the boards tab but when i choose it i dont get the next tab highlighted so i cant continue to create the project , i would like help please

Hi @aied

Board files presented in the create project view show both those from the XilinxBoardStore and those that you've downloaded and installed manually. I suspect that you are selecting the uninstalled board store version. You can also install these files within Vivado by clicking the download button, but when doing so, you might not get the most recent version, as a specific version of the board files is locked in with a particular Vivado version, and changes may have occurred after that board file version was submitted.
