How to display the correct date and time in CSV files exported from QuickDAQ

Hi,

The correct date and time are not displayed in the first cell of the second row for CSV files exported from Quick DAQ.

Display example: 0001/01/01 0:00:00

We would like to record the date and time when the log started, could you please tell me how to improve it?

Hello @Fukuda.

Please select the Absolute Time option in the Time domain X axis units section, as shown below.

 

There is a software bug displaying the correct date and time in the exported CSV file, if either Sample Number or Relative Time is selected.

Has that bug been resolved in the latest version of Quick DAQ?

The bug exists in the current version of QuickDAQ.  Currently, there is no plan to address this bug.
