Received TC-32 DOA.

I ordered a new TC-32 and TC-32-EXP and received them on 07SEP2023.

We finally got a chance to put the assembly together and nothing happens. No power, no lights, etc.

I tried a different outlet for power. No luck.

I tried powering up the TC-32 without the TC-32-EXP. No luck.

I tried pressing the RESET button. No luck.

I'm not sure what is left to try.

Assistance is appreciated.

Hello @Cha.

Are you using the external power supply that shipped with the TC-32?

After connecting the external power supply to the EXT DC port, did you toggle the PWR switch?

Are you using the USB port connection or Ethernet connection?

Did you install the MCC DAQ software on a Windows system?

Is this your only TC-32 or do you have another unit that is functioning?

After testing, it appears the 5VDC power supply does not work. No output voltage detected. Tried the power supply from our other TC-32 system and that power supply does power-up the new TC-32.

The new power supply is the one that came with the TC-32/TC-32-EXT system.

It is the PHIHONG switching power supply (model PSAC12R-050).

Please advise.

If you purchased the TC-32 directly from a distributor and the TC-32 is within the one-year warranty period, then please reach out to the distributor for a replacement +5 VDC power supply (MCC PS-5V2AEPS Power Supply).  You should provide them with the sales order information.  If you purchased the TC-32 through Digilent, then send me a private message with your sales order information.
