FT2232HQ support DPTI/DSPI, but I don´t know, if I can use it with Arty S7, because it is not in the documentation. In documentation are only UART and JTAG. Thank you. But Digilent doesn't show the schematic page for its Series7 board JTAG/UART interface. The next best answer is to read the master constraints file. If there is a section for DPTI/DSPI then the board supports these ADEPT interfaces. If not, then no, the board doesnt' support these Adept interfaces. The Nexys Video and Genesys2 master constraints files have DPTI/DSPI signal and pin assignments. The Arty S7-25 doesn't. So, no your board doesn't support ADEPT DPIT or DSPI interfaces.
