Creating a pulse signal (Digital output) on the falling edge of an input signal in Patterns Window

Hi,

I'm struggling to generate the pulse signal I want.  

As shown in the image above, I have an input signal of 33 Hz. I want to output a pulse on the falling edge of this signal. The output signal would be high when not outputting a pulse, and low for 20 milliseconds when a falling edge is detected (trigger). However, I'm unable to achieve this using the Patterns window in waveforms. My question is: is this possible? If so, how can I implement this using the GUI?

Using the Logic Detector as trigger source, the trigger to out delay is 180ns
DIO-0 33MHz input and DIO-1 20ms output

 

Wiring the 33MHz signal to trigger input, the trigger to out delay is 110ns
