Discovery 2: Is there a way to have live input to the Wavegen "play" feature?

Hello!

Is there a way to have a live input to Wavegen from an audio input to my computer? I have used the "play" option to input .wav audio files before, but I don't see how to have a non-static audio input from a usb input. Is this even possible or is it outside WaveForm software capabilities? Pardon me if this is a silly question; this is my first time attempting this type of project and I'm in the beginning stages.

There is no such feature in the WF app but it could be implemented in custom app/script.
AD3 and newer devices have support for in device Scope to AWG routing, analog in to out.
