Hi, 

I have a USB-3114 that I am using for its analog output voltages. I have an issue where I am seeing a negative voltage when the outputs are set to zero. Specifically I am seeing -42mv to -10mV offset. Can you provide context on why that might be ? How can I prevent this negative voltage from damaging my equipment?

Hello @JWS.

Those values are outside of the offset specification in the USB-3114 User's Guide.

What is the serial number of the device as shown in InstaCal or the backside label?

Is this your only USB-3114 with an offset issue?

I have two units showing similar offset voltages. Their serial numbers are 213CD74 and 216B1A3.
