Dear,

We chose to use the Digilent MCC USB-1080X acquisition card as an acquisition card for our test bench project. The acquisition quantities are: voltage, current, torque, speed, temperature, etc. Please tell us if the performance and limitation of this card or are there other proposals for our project?

Thanks,

BR,

Hello @GUESMI M.

The MCC USB-1808X (SKU: 6069-410-014) supports +/-10 V signals, current signals using a 250 Ohm resistor, and speed using the quadrature encoder inputs.

What are the output signal specifications of your torque sensor?

This device does not support temperature inputs.  Consider the following available devices.

MCC USB-TEMP and USB-TC Series

Dear,

The feedback from our torque sensor is a voltage that varies from 0.5V to 3V. this card can do reading?

For the temperature, the return value is a voltage (max 5V) can we do the acquisition using this card?

Hello @GUESMI M.

The MCC USB-1808X supports an analog input voltage range of +/-10 V, but does not support any temperature circuitry.  Your temperature signal must be conditioned before reaching the USB-1808X.

Fausto
