generate customized signal in waveforms with python

Hi,

 

  I am new to waveforms and its SDK. If the question is repeated, please point me to the answer for the question.  I try to generate a customized sine wave with a flat line in it. The code is attached. The code does not work as I expect. I am quite confused in the documentation as well. If anyone can show me the issue with my code and point me to the right direction, I would appreciate it.
