Errors in building xilinx-zc702-2023.1

Following the steps as per UG1144 (v2023.1) May 16, 2023

To build image and QEMU for https://digilent.com/reference/programmable-logic/eclypse-z7/start

I get these following errors 

 am building xilinx-zc702-2023.1 , but seeing the error below please suggest the solution
