ULx Write (Analog Wfm 1Chan NSamp).vi<ERR> Error number 300 has no text

SeAuGmbH

Question

Hello,
currently we are using the USB-1608GX-2AO for a continuous periodic analog voltage measurement.
In very random occassions Error 300 is thrown by the ULx Write (Analog Wfm 1Chan NSamp)-function.

Unfortunately there is no documentation to Error 300 available. The only thing we could find out that it's an 32-bit error. (see Error list in attachment)

How can this be fixed?

Best,
SeAuGmbH

Hello @SeAuGmbH.

Which versions of Windows OS, LabVIEW, and InstaCal do you have installed on your system?

Are you able to reproduce the issue with the MCC ULx for NI LabVIEW examples, i.e. 'C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2023\examples\ULx\Analog In\Measure Voltage.llb\ULx Cont Acq&Graph Voltage-Int Clk.vi'?

Fausto

Hello @Fausto,
thank you for your quick reply.

We are currently running the following versions on all our machines [development computer and computer running the software]:
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
LabVIEW 2022 Q3
InstaCal 6.73

No, due to the complexity of the fatigue test measurement including a shaker and LASER-sensor a reproduction with a that simple example is not possible.

Hello @SeAuGmbH.

We are not aware of other customers experiencing an Error 300 with the ULx Write (Analog Wfm 1Chan NSamp)-function.  It could be the complexity of your LabVIEW VI application, since it occurs on all your systems.  We would need a simple example to test, since we do not have your equipment.  Could you create a simple example on another system that generates that error?

Also, please disable any Windows updates and virus scan tasks running in the background.

Regards,

Fausto
