No Temp Reading.

Hi...I have a USB-TEMP-AI (021A3DF7) that I am using in conjunction with DasyLab for running pressure/temperature testing.  When I do an Instacal, it shows that everything is working properly.  However, the temperature channel is not reading for some reason.  Can someone please help?  Thank you.

Hello @Jeff Marr.

In InstaCal, have you configured the USB-TEMP-AI channels for temperature control?

Which application is not reading temperature?

Please provide screen captures of your configuration in InstaCal, as well as in DASYLab.  Be sure to close InstaCal before launching DASYLab.

Let's start here.  Do these pics tell you anything?  When I first hit "Test" for the temperature test, a banner comes up that says, "Temperature input has open connection"  Then, when I hit ok on that banner, IMG 2271 comes up.
