No Temp Reading.

Hi...I have a ISB-TEMP-AI (021A3DF7) that I am using in conjunction with DasyLab for running pressure/temperature testing.  When I do an Instacal, it shows that everything is working properly.  However, the temperature channel is not reading for some reason.  Can someone please help?  Thank you.

InstaCal must be closed before starting DASYLab. Place an Analog Input temperature module onto the worksheet using an empty worksheet and double-click it to bring up the configuration panel. In the lower portion of the panel, it displays the current temperature value. Could you include a picture of your panel?
