We are having issues while trying to connect our new DAQ device. The auto-detect for the 'plug and play' devices is not working and not picking up that our device (Kistler DAQ type 5695B) has been connected therefore cannot connect it to our QTM system.

We are having issues while trying to connect our new DAQ device. The auto-detect for the 'plug and play' devices is not working and not picking up that our device (Kistler DAQ type 5695B) has been connected therefore cannot connect it to our QTM system.
Can someone please advise on how to correct this?
