Yes all of the Ettus products on either the Digilent store, https://digilent.com/, or on our associated Amazon page, https://www.amazon.com/stores/Digilent/Digilent/page/460CE00B-CD37-4EE6-BA24-13641D2DE3C5, are the official and new products (as opposed to being resold or 2nd hand).
