Output als MDF from DT9824

Hello, just wondering if there is a way to output data in mdf format.

 

for context: there is a tool called ‚asammdf‘ in python that reads only mdf format, that I would like to use for my data aquisition.

 

if not could you please advise a python library for data aquisition.

I am unable to comment about the .mdf file format in Python, but I can say that there is no Python support for the DT9824 device.

Do you have an existing application or developing a new application? 

The MCC product line offers devices with Python support for Windows and Linux.  Below are some reference links.

I have an existing experiment being run with labview and I am planning on switching to use python. Would that mean I could not use my dt9824 for data aquisition using Python?

There is no Python library for the DT9824 device.  You could continue to use LabVIEW, develop a C# or VB .NET application using the DT Open Layers .NET API, use DASYLab or use MATLAB.  Those are the programming options.
