Temperature shown in Supplies window of the WaveForms

Hi,

I just purchased a AD3 device, and when I used it to supply 3V power to a embedded device, the temperature shown in the Supplies window of the WaveForms reaches to 50 degree, and it seems still getting higher as time goes by. The temperature for die is shown as 64 degree. And I can feel the AD3  getting warmer. Just wondering if it is normal for AD3 getting this level of temperature?

Hi @YolooZ

Yes, this is normal.
When the die temperature reaches 85*C, the device stops.
Before this, or when the power voltage falls outside the normal range, a warning will appear in the application status bar.
