petervic Posted September 7, 2023 Share Posted September 7, 2023 (edited) Hello Support, Please assist with customer issue: I have downloaded the OMB-DAQ-2416_OM-USB software from Omega engineering site, When tried to install the software, instacal is being started but stuck at the Uninstalling existing device drivers. Can someone assist me on how to resolve this issue ASAP? Afterwards, reboot the system to install MCC's software (mccdaq.exe).
