Need Data Translation DT9828 Driver

I am attempting to connect to a DT9828.  The user manual references a driver(s) that must be installed prior to connection.  How/where can I download the drivers for DT9828?  The 'Data Translation Software' link on https://www.mccdaq.com/Software-Downloads is only an empty/placeholder.  Please provide path to driver download or other method to obtain driver.  Thank you.
