WEB-TEMP vs USB-TEMP

We have been using the WEB-TEMP device in a system with quite tight accuracy requirements. Now that the WEB-TEMP is NLA,
we are considering switching to the USB-TEMP. The specs for the USB-TEMP are not as tight as the WEB-TEMP. Does the
USB-TEMP use a different front-end than the WEB-TEMP or have more internal noise or anything that would affect the
accuracy?

The USB-TEMP's accuracy specifications are slightly better than the WEB-TEMP.  Refer to Table 4. Thermocouple accuracy specifications, in both user's guides.
