E-DIO24 isuue

Recently I bought two E-DIO24 units.

I pressed the Factory reset button so the IP address would be set to 192.168.0.101.

My port IP is set to 192.168.0.100.

I start the ping and then turn on the device.

This is what I get, see below:

I also used InstaCal on windows but the program cannot see the device.

 

Please let me know what I can do.

Hello @haghazar.

What is the configuration of the working unit?  Please reply with screen captures of the good and bad units, from InstaCal.

After connecting the external power supply (which shipped with the device) and network cable to the E-DIO24, do the LEDs come on?
