0 Fausto
Hello @haghazar. What is the configuration of the working unit? Please reply with screen captures of the good and bad units, from InstaCal. After connecting the external power supply (which shipped with the device) and network cable to the E-DIO24, do the LEDs come on? I pressed the Factory reset button so the IP address would be set to 192.168.0.101.
