0 Fausto Posted June 27, 2023 Share Posted June 27, 2023 Hello @BioResearch. Please install all available service packs for Windows 7 and then cycle the USB connection to the USB-231 device. Launch InstaCal to detect the USB-231, before viewing the Device Manager. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Recommend moving to a supported Windows OS, if the service packs for Windows 7 does not resolve your issue. Alternatively, continue using InstaCal v6.73 on that target system.
