Did you happen to get this resolved separately? I'm not an academic user, but I was seemingly able to properly click through the steps on: https://digilent.com/shop/academic/get-verified/.

As for the second question, Digilent does not keep any stock of products in our Pullman office anymore, so you would not be able to do a "hold for pickup" or something like that unfortunately.
