MCCDAQ Installation Wizard won't recognize the correct version of LabVIEW on my computer

I have LabVIEW 2023 Q1 on my computer. I also have a piece of DAQ hardware, model USB 2416, which I want to use with LabVIEW. In order to do this I downloaded ULx for NI LabVIEW, however it won't install correctly. The MCCDAQ wizard interrupts the installation with the error/warning: "LabVIEW 2015 or later is required for this package". After this error it stops the installation and closes the wizard. 

This doesn't make any sense as I have LabVIEW 2023 installed; I also just downloaded MCCDAQ software today. (Version 6.75, there is a note saying it is compatible with LabVIEW 2023 on the downloads page) Please help.

I downloaded the latest version already, but redownloaded it anyways; the problem is still there when I try to install it.

This morning I verified that the ULx LabVIEW support found on our most recent CD (6.75) download does work with LabVIEW 2023. You might want to delete the mccdaq.exe files from your download folder and try again. Use this download link https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/MCCDaqCD/mccdaq.exe.

I tried that and it worked now, the ULx pallet is in LabVIEW.
