0 Fausto
Hello @Milo Kim. As mentioned in the user's guide (https://www.mccdaq.com/pdfs/manuals/WebDAQ-316.pdf), "the device name is webdaq-xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is the last 6 digits of the MAC address (printed on the label on the underside of the device)." The WebDAQ API includes example programs developed with Python, C#, VB, and NI LabVIEWTM. Users are encouraged to run the examples to become familiar with the WebDAQ hardware and REST API. WebDAQ REST API example programs are available for download here (https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/WebDAQ/REST-API/1.0.0/WebDAQ_REST_API_Examples.zip). https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/WebDAQ/REST-API/1.0.0/webdaq-rest-api.html Regards, Fausto

0 Fausto
Hello @Milo Kim. Is this a new WebDAQ 316 or has it worked in the past? What is the serial number (not the MAC #) on the backside of the module? Use a paperclip to press the CONFIG RESET button, on the WebDAQ 316, to restore its network configuration and security settings to the factory default values. The WebDAQ will rebooted afterwards. Connect the WebDAQ to the same subnet as your PC. The end-user can also attempt to access the WebDAQ using a different web browser.
