Martin Spencer
Has anybody seen damage to a board per the attached images? I believe that it was caused by connecting an incorrect common ground from a 24VDC power supply. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
0 Fausto
Hello @Martin Spencer. Don't recall seeing that issue with any other customer's board. Sorry, but unable to determine what happened there. Is that the only USB-2416 board you have? Have you had a similar failure in the past? If that's the case, then it should be prevented in the future. Regards, Fausto
