Where Should I start learning ZYBO,ZYNQ(vivado webpackage 2016.2)

I should start learning zybo zvnq for my project in universty but; I am so confused Where can ı start  using zybo ,zvnq I needs clearly resources Any simple example projects for beginners ,or for using button,switch vs...  

(in addition I downloaded zybo e-book)

You might wish to try starting with the Zybo tutorials found on this page.  You can find some example projects there as well.
