DASYLab Drivers issue

Dear sir,

We purchased DASYLab software version 12.0 created on 19 oct 2011 along with MCC computing DAQ system model no:USB-1608HS. But the issue is now it is showing drivers are not installed. Can you please help us to install the driver in the existing system?

Did you update your system's OS?

What software reports the drivers are not installed?

With DASYLab closed, is your USB-1608HS detected by InstaCal?

Please clarify your issue by replying with screen captures and more details about your system and software.
